A Few Flags for 2023
notes
The last post was my review of 2022. As always, here are a few challenging targets for 2023. There are also things in life that simply have to be faced; those do not go on the list.
- Reading (15–50 books)
- Broadening the view (6 new cities, and write the travel notes)
- Certificates (driving licence, professional exams)
- Interests (6–20 paintings, skateboarding)
- Health (BMI into the normal range; every weight-related condition gone)
- Writing (5–10 papers, 50 articles, publish a collection of drawings)

Paper of the day: REVIEW: Proteasome System of Protein Degradation and Processing — on the ubiquitin–proteasome system: proteasome structure, the ubiquitination machinery, the classical ATP/Ub-dependent mechanism of protein degradation, alternative mechanisms of proteasomal degradation and processing, and the damage to the proteasome system that leads to various diseases.
